Legal
Terms of use.
These terms govern access to the NUR Recovery Lab public site and authenticated workspace at nurlab.pro. Last updated 25 October 2026.
1. Agreement
By browsing this site or signing into the workspace, you agree to these terms, the Privacy notice, and the Acceptable use policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Nature of the service
NUR Recovery Lab provides tools for blockchain research and authorized recovery of owner-held or documented-authorized wallet material. It is not a consumer wallet, exchange, custodian, or public cracking service. Features depend on runtime gates configured by the workspace owner.
3. Eligibility and accounts
Workspace accounts are invitation-only. You must provide accurate enrollment information, protect your password and authenticator, and keep offline recovery codes secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Authorization and legality
You may only submit backups, passwords, and recovery actions for material you own or are legally authorized to handle. You must not use the lab to access, derive, or move assets without rightful authority. The operators may suspend access when abuse or unlawful use is suspected.
5. No professional advice
Output from research or recovery tools is operational data, not legal, tax, or investment advice. Partial chain history never proves inactivity, abandonment, or ownership by itself.
6. Availability and changes
The service may be modified, gated, rate-limited, or taken offline for maintenance, security, or capacity reasons without prior notice. Public pages may describe capabilities that remain disabled until gates open.
7. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and software interfaces are provided for authorized use of the lab. You may not scrape, mirror, or reuse them for a competing unauthorized recovery service.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPERATORS DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Research providers, networks, and broadcast paths can fail or return incomplete data.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of keys, funds, or data arising from gate configuration, operator error, third-party providers, or chain conditions. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to fees paid (if any) for the service in the three months before the claim — or zero if no fees apply.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators from claims arising from your misuse of the lab, unauthorized material, or violation of these terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
Your access may be revoked for policy violations, security risk, or inactivity. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions on liability, indemnity, and legality survive termination.
12. Governing context
Operational display time is Asia/Dhaka. Disputes should first be raised via Contact. Mandatory local law consumer rights (if any) remain unaffected where they cannot be waived.
13. Changes to terms
Updated terms may be posted on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
